There he lay on the floor. Joel had been crying for hours before his parents had to visit the hospital, but it was as if right after they left Amira came to his rescue.
Even though he is a small infant, Joel felt something odd. He felt a presence somewhere nearby. Maybe the graveyard next door is to blame? Either way, he can’t even talk to express how he feels yet. But he is scared. He was left alone in the apartment. But it didn’t feel like he was alone. What was it? A spirit? A ghost? Whatever it was, it has had poor little Joel on edge since the beginning.
