I have no clue who even aged up here. It looks like water blew out the candles, but he didn't age up. He has an even bigger birthday party later. I have no clue lol.

Maybe I MCC Andie and Joel to age up from a young adult. Who knows. Regardless, they are the cutest sims and I love them so much. I think I wanted to check out some new CAS CC. Anyway, after these screenshots Andie seems to have changed her hair from red to blonde. Midlife crisis? Maybe.
